We are delighted to announce that Jacana consultant Vic Ravenchester has obtained official accreditation from IRESS on the use of XPLAN and CommPay.
Vic has accrued almost two decades of experience within financial services administration and management, becoming an expert user of IRESS’ Adviser Office. Between 2007 and 2014 she served as a lead member of LEBC Group’s AO support team, where her coaching of staff helped the firm get the best out of their back-office system. The Manchester-based consultant joined Jacana in April 2015, bringing her knowledge and training skills to our dedicated team.
Having worked extensively with XPLAN and CommPay in recent months, Vic is now fully accredited on both packages. To meet IRESS’ high standards and achieve the qualification, Vic had to undertake extensive database work and pass the respective online tests, in addition to penning essays based on a range of specific scenarios.
The hard work has paid off, and Vic is looking forward to providing support to more clients in 2017:
“I am very proud to have obtained the accreditation from IRESS. It proves the dedication we have, to providing expert advice to our clients and I’m looking forward to continuing to support those clients already on XPLAN and those potentially moving to it. For me personally, it has been great working with a new system and learning the nuts and bolts of how it works, and I’m delighted that my knowledge has been recognised.”
Jacana Managing Director Sue Nuttall was delighted with Vic’s progress and recognition, and believes it further cements the firm’s excellent reputation in the field.
“We are very proud of Vic’s achievement,” says Sue. “Our aim is to provide expert and impartial advice on all the different databases we support, enabling firms to get the very best from whatever system they are using. Gaining this accreditation, along with our ISO 9001:2015 certification, I believe, demonstrates our dedication to that aim.”
