Make sure you get the most out of your management system by attending our comprehensive user group sessions. Held throughout the year at two locations and online, our 2.5 hour meetings can help your organisation use the CRM system more efficiently and effectively.
We develop these sessions with the full support of platform developer IRESS – a relationship which ensures our users are in the know when it comes to the latest developments and updates on the platform.
Each session covers a different topic, from demonstrations of the new client portal functionality and helpful hints and tips elsewhere on the system, through to regulatory reporting and the future Adviser Office roadmap.
The user group sessions also encourage users to come together in one place, not just to learn together, but to share ideas and compare and work through their issues with the system.
For 2019, the Newcastle sessions will be held at the Jacana offices on Howard Street in North Shields, while the Belfast sessions will take place online. The Sheffield group will still meet at the Peter Hoare & Co offices.
