Passing our ISO 9001:2015 – again!

Jacana has once again passed its ISO 9001 2015 certification with flying colours – but what does that mean to our clients?

Back in 2015, Jacana became one of the first organisations in the world to attain this qualification for its income reconciliation service. Four years later, we continue to lead the way, establishing ourselves as one of the elite few companies to have conformed to every standard, major and minor, in all of our annual reviews.

What is ISO 9001?

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised quality management system, and is all about putting in place robust and exemplary standards, designed to improve your business and satisfy your clients.

The accreditation comes from the British Standards Institution, one of the world’s largest certification bodies, and is not bestowed lightly. Companies must do more than simply pass a rigorous formal assessment; they must also demonstrate perpetual evaluation and progress of their own practices over the course of three years.

But what does it mean to you?

If we are one of your partners, you will already be aware of our unflinching commitment to providing our clients with the best service and products possible, both now and in the years to come. Should you choose to work with us in the future, the ISO certification serves as a hallmark of our high standards, effective troubleshooting and comprehensive service.
