We are delighted to announce that Jacana have been awarded BSI ISO 9001 2015 certification for its income reconciliation service. As it was only introduced in Q3 2015, we are one of the first companies in the world to attain this qualification and we are very proud of that achievement.
What is ISO 9001?
In plain English, the ISO 9001 2015 is a certified quality management system for organisations who wish to prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders. ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard, focussing not just on present capabilities but on future development, with continual improvement one of its core principles.
The next stage of our development is to apply the certification to all of our services.
