User Groups
Jacana runs two Adviser Office User Groups: one in Newcastle upon Tyne and one in Belfast and supports other groups throughout the UK. Set up specifically for Adviser Office (or 1st Software) users they are fully supported by 1st - The Exchange and are a great way of regularly meeting other users and keeping up with developments.
The aims of the groups are:
- To act as a platform from which to liaise with 1st - The Exchange on the development of Adviser Office
- To provide access to affordable training
- To share with other users your experience of Adviser Office
Details of the two groups are as follows:
North East Adviser Office User Group
Set up in 1999, membership now extends outside of the North East boundary, across to Cumbria, up to the Borders and down to Yorkshire. The group meets on the third Wednesday of the month.
All meetings commence at 10.30 am and finish at 4.00 pm. They are held at:-

Belfast Adviser Office User Group
Set up in 2008, membership is open to all users within Northern Ireland. The group meets on the fourth Wednesday of every other month.
All meetings commence at 10.00 am and finish at 4.00 pm. They are held at:
